We are Jon and Amy Evans. This blog is where we (or rather I - Amy) chronicle our lives...our joys, our hurts, our struggles, our victories...and everything in between. We love Jesus and desire to bring Him glory in all we do. That doesn't always happen, but God's mercies are new every morning.
We've been married since 1995 and we are living proof that God heals marriages. I can honestly say that if God had not intervened many years ago our children would now be products of a broken family. But here we are, whole and happy. And thankful...
We have 4 incredible children. Jacob - 14, Caleb and Abbi - 11 and Vera is 6.
We brought Vera home from Ukraine in July 2011.
All of our kids are awesome individuals and we love to see them grow and learn!

I don't claim to be an expert about any of these passions, but I have found that the more I educate myself about each one, the deeper the passion grows.
We have lived all over the U.S. Jon and I met in Washington State where I was born and raised. Shortly after we married, we moved to Illinois where most of Jon's family lives. Thankfully, we only lived there for two years before the Lord moved us to Texas. We lived there for six years before moving here to Georgia.
