Wow! It's been a long time since I blogged! Sorry about that...hopefully this will be worth the wait!
Our co-op had it's annual K - 3rd grade spelling bee today. Abbi participated (she came in 2nd last year), but Caleb didn't want to. First the 3rd graders competed. Then the 2nd graders. Here's Abbi with some of her fierce competition! The one in the middle is actually in 1st grade, but since he was the only 1st grader competing, he spelled with the 2nd graders.

Abbi won the round of 2nd graders...here they are with their ribbons.
After that, the winners from each grade competed.
The 3rd grader was the first one out which left Abbi for 2nd grade and Bryce for 1st grade.
And here's the winner of the trophy! Our Abbi! She wanted that trophy so badly she could taste it. She was very excited after winning and when we went to the Post Office and Target after the spelling bee, she asked if she could take her trophy in with her.Great job, Abbi! We are so proud of you!
